Links can often look ugly and unappealing especially when they are over long and just a jumble of meaningless characters.
The post link can often also be missed when placed at the end of a post and hidden behind a read more link. There are a few things that you can do on The8App that will really help this problem.

- Make your post title a clickable link.
If you are an Instagram User there is a similar strategy that solves the problem of How To Add Clickable Links On Instagram that you might want to check out.
Here is how to make your post title a clickable link on The8App
(This Short How To Guide Applies To The Desktop Version Of The8App)
In this How To example, I’m going to be sharing this article that you are reading on The8App.
Follow along with me as I step you through this process
1/ Download this image below that i have used for this post. When you download, give the image a keyword based name. A name that when you search the name matches what you would search. Get into the habit of doing this as it makes your images discoverable on socials and sites that recognize images names when you upload. This is step one to optimize your images for social media
3/ Copy and paste the article title or simply type in the text that you would like to become the link.
4/ Add the body of the post, the description of what it is about, and your tags.
5/ Click and drag across the title so that it is highlighted blue and then click the link button as shown below.
6/ A box appears, copy the link into the box as shown below and click the tick.
7/ Click SAVE and post your content to The8App as a Moment or a new or ongoing Story.
And that is it you are done. You can see my finished 8App post Here How to make your post link clickable
This process is just about making your posts look tidy and having the link visible without having to click read more. What I tend to do is to also add the link at the end as well as a straight link in case for some reason the clickable link is missed by the visitor. You can, of course, choose to make you title Bold which will help point out your clickable title.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions leave them in the comments below.
